Antoine Baylor

My name is Antoine Baylor, and I am proud to call Enclave at Odessa home. As a family man and business owner, I value accountability, strong leadership, and the importance of well-managed communities.
Our neighborhood is made up of culturally rich residents from many backgrounds. I am committed to helping ensure Enclave at Odessa remains a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained place for all who live here.
I am running for the HOA Board because I bring first-hand experience in community development and relations. I have previously served on community boards and understand how effective leadership, transparency, and collaboration can drive meaningful and positive change.
I care deeply about preserving our neighborhood’s value, promoting fairness, and encouraging open, respectful communication among residents.
If elected, I will listen to homeowners, work collaboratively with fellow board members, and advocate for responsible decisions that serve the best interests of our entire community.
