Dr. Alyce Rouse, MS,CCC-SLP, Ed.D

Greetings Neighbors! My name is Dr. Alyce Rouse, and I’ve been proud to call The Enclave at Odessa home since 2019.
I am a  Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over 20 years of experience, and I also own Speech Ladder, Inc., a company that provides related services and evaluations in educational settings. In addition, I serve as a school administrator in the State of Delaware. Through these roles, I’ve developed strong skills in leadership, compliance, and creating effective operational structures and systems that support school improvement. 
As an HOA board member, I want to bring that same experience to our community by supporting clear communication, transparent processes, and fair, consistent practices. My goal is to help strengthen trust, encourage meaningful improvements, and ensure every homeowner feels informed and respected.
