My name is Lydia Rwehumbiza, and I have proudly called Enclave at Odessa home for several years. As a wife, mother, and working professional, I am deeply invested in this community and bring dedication, accountability, and a strong set of organizational and leadership skills to the role of board member.
This neighborhood has played a meaningful role in raising my children, and I am committed to ensuring the best outcomes for our community. 
I am running for the HOA Board because I believe in fairness, transparency, and open communication. I want our community—children and adults alike—to thrive in an environment where everyone feels heard and valued.
If elected, I will work to be always be a stable voice for homeowner concerns, and advocate for decisions that benefit our entire neighborhood.
