Nicole Johnson

My name is Nicole Johnson, and I am your neighbor found on Eldorado Way. I am excited and
honored to place my name in the running as nominee for President of the Enclave at Odessa
HOA Association. Looking forward to the opportunity to use my project management skills to
serve our community initiatives. I have 20+ years of Project Controls experience supporting
complex projects delivered on time and within budget.
A little background in my education, I have a bachelor’s degree in science with a master’s
degree in business administration. I began my career working for a software development
company, Primavera Systems, leader in project management software. After 5 years I
transitioned into a Nuclear Power Engineering company Westinghouse Nuclear replacing
physical equipment for Nuclear Power Plants throughout the U.S. Finally, I accepted a position
with an electric company in New Jersey managing infrastructure projects for electric/gas
substations. My current title “Project Controls Manager IT” overseeing a team of 17
contractors/employees managing projects throughout the state of New Jersey.
It takes planning and vision to “Plan your work, and work your plan”, keeping all abreast of the
milestone achievements/progress, actual spend, and future allocation for improvement
projects. I feel my unique skillset would bring a change to the community offering fresh ideas to
tackle community-based concerns.
