Tony Immediato

Tony Immediato (The Real Estate Chef) began his career at the Three Little Bakers Dinner Theater and Country Club as a young boy, inspired by his grandfather Al, the oldest member of the Three Little Bakers. Starting in the dish room, Tony worked his way up to Food and Beverage Manager, gaining a deep appreciation for hospitality and operations. He also assisted the grounds superintendent of the club’s 18-hole golf course, combining his love for landscaping with hands-on property experience.
In 2005, Tony opened Immediato’s Bistro and Catering, which he owned and operated until 2017 before transitioning into a full-time real estate career. He is now a real estate agent with Compass RE and continues to work as a personal chef. Tony has been married to his wife Jennifer for 29 years, is a proud father of two sons Tony Jr and Dante, and shares his life with three Labrador retrievers Marley, Ziggy, Enzo, We have lived on Toledo court since 2007. With 19 years of residency in Enclave at Odessa, as a board member I would bring a strong commitment ensuring our neighbors’ concerns are heard and addressed.
